What We Expect From Our Clients
As Houston grows, so do workforce challenges. MCS Personnel partners with clients as a trusted problem solver by listening carefully, asking the right questions, and preparing not only for today’s needs but tomorrow’s as well. We work as an extension of your team, delivering the right people the first time.
We anticipate workforce demands and respond quickly when unexpected staffing needs arise, helping protect your productivity at critical moments.
Every client has unique requirements for temporary personnel. MCS Personnel ensures those standards are met for every worker we place. Upon request, we provide background checks, drug tests, MVR reports, safety tests, and other required documentation. We also ensure employees arrive with all required safety equipment.
Our Sales Representatives review each client’s safety procedures to ensure temporary workers understand and follow them.
Safety is a Priority
Safety is a shared responsibility. Temporary workers from MCS Personnel must receive the same safety training and be held to the same standards as your employees.
If an injury occurs, notify MCS Personnel immediately. The worker’s care comes first. Clients must provide an injury report, after which an MCS representative will meet with supervisors and witnesses to complete a full review. We assess each incident to identify and correct any safety risks.
Clients must apply all safety rules to temporary workers. Any safety infraction, warning, or dismissal must be reported to MCS Personnel so it can be addressed formally and documented.
We deliver weekly payroll checks to our employees. During that time, we ask clients to share feedback on any performance concerns.
Payroll Personnel
MCS Personnel also provides payroll services for companies needing a flexible, cost-effective staffing solution. This is ideal for seasonal businesses or those with fluctuating workforce needs.
Payrolling allows companies to scale staff without adding permanent employees to their payroll. It can be used short term, long term, or as a trial period before hiring. This service reduces administrative burden and helps clients operate more efficiently while maintaining workforce flexibility.
